Time tracking exercise to boost your happiness
Last week we dove into what we really mean when we say that we don’t have enough time and started to explore if we are spending time doing the things that make us happy. This week, we are going to take it a step further with a practical tool you can use to assess and reflect on how you are spending your time.
I created this worksheet to give you the opportunity to reflect on how your emotions and energy level related to the activity and also your level of distraction. This will help you to clearly see what activities make you happy. Reflecting on how distracted you were during the activity gives you insight as to your interest level, why you spent longer on that activity than expected, or if you’re doing a lot of multitasking.
