Quick Tips to Bust Through Stress

Stress might as well be a 4 letter word. It’s an unwelcome visitor that’s not healthy for our brains or our bodies, and sometimes it’s a hard thing to shake.

It’s great to have a variety of go-to’s that help you switch up your energy and settle your mind.

Here are some of my fav’s!

  • get outside or eat a vitamin rich meal if you’re lacking energy

  • do some deep breathing and/or meditation

  • give your brain a fun activity like reading or crafting

  • get in a sweat session or go for a walk

  • connect with someone who makes you laugh

  • get organized if you’re feeling scattered and figure out your top priorities

  • switch up your regular routine to try something new
