How to Capture your Best Self
Have you every experienced a feeling of knowing that right there, in that moment, you are the absolute best version of yourself?
You are confident, happy, laughing, inspired, at ease, open, smiling, energetic, motivated, or all of these things at once!
How can you feel this way all the time?
When that realization sets in, take note of EVERYTHING going on and replicate it!
where are you? what are your surroundings?
what are you doing?
what are you wearing?
who are you chatting with?
what are you chatting about?
what are you eating or drinking?
Then step back and look at your answers. How can you incorporate these settings, people, and conversations into your everyday life?
