How to Deal with Feeling Overloaded

Anyone else want to curl up in the fetal position when you feel overloaded and overwhelmed?

Ummmm yep, right here!

And honestly, sometimes I just give myself the space and grace to do just that. Other times, I get outside for a quick walk to help clear my mind and get me into a more positive mindset

Here are my top tips for busting through feeling overloaded:

  • Ask for help

  • Create a calm mindset

  • Pick your top priorities

  • Consistently schedule time for you

  • Break down big, overwhelming tasks into smaller ones

  • Start with your easiest, quickest task first (this helps boost your confidence and cross something off the list)

  • Start with your hardest, scariest task first (this alleviates the most stress and also gives you a MAJOR confidence boost)
