Do This Super Quick Reset to Get Out of a Funk

We all go through periods, whether it’s a morning, day, a week, where we just feel OFF. You will hear me say that I am in a funk.

 

Sometimes figuring out what exactly is off is the hardest part. I like to run through this quick list to pinpoint exactly what’s going on.

 

Ask yourself how you are doing/feeling in each of these areas:

  • Body

  • Mind

  • Energy level

  • Focus

  • Mood

  • Stress level

  • Emotions 

Make a plan to spend a little extra time on that area that is feeling off for you. Exercise, de-stress, sleep, do something that brings you spend joy, journal your feelings, or spend time with people you make you laugh.
