What is your "why?"

WHY what I'm doing or what I’m working towards is so important to me
HOW my life is going to be different once I hit the goal
And how I am going to FEEL once I am there
That quick little mindset shift can re-energize you and get you right back on track
Do a quick pulse check -
Look at WHY that goal so important to you?
How will your life CHANGE if you accomplish it?
How will you FEEL if you accomplish it?
How will you feel if you DON'T accomplish it?
