What is your "why?"

WHY what I'm doing or what I’m working towards is so important to me

HOW my life is going to be different once I hit the goal

And how I am going to FEEL once I am there

 

That quick little mindset shift can re-energize you and get you right back on track

 

Do a quick pulse check -

  • Look at WHY that goal so important to you?

  • How will your life CHANGE if you accomplish it?

  • How will you FEEL if you accomplish it?

  • How will you feel if you DON'T accomplish it?
